During my stay, I was promised a $50 dining credit, but when I ordered breakfast, I was charged the full amount. This was not just disappointing but felt misleading. Additionally, the cleanliness of the windows in my room was appalling, ruining the experience of the supposed city view.

My room had essential Aesop products and comfortable amenities, which added to the overall pleasure of my visit.

Figuring out the hidden power outlets inside the bedside table feels like a treasure hunt, and the bathroom’s temperature difference left me feeling like I entered a different climate zone. Trying to get ice is a hassle, and lacking a casual area to chill out post-check-in is a bummer.

Just a proper fit for an overnight stay in Los Angeles with fantastic value for money. The staff was very welcoming and helped us make the most of the high amenities fee.
